Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before the parcel is shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us before it is dispatched. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once the packaging and shipping process has begun.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product (e.g., you don't like it, it doesn't fit, or there is a quality issue), you may request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving the item. Once your request is confirmed, please follow the provided return instructions. The detailed process is as follows:

  1. Submit a Request: Please email photos or videos of the item's issue (at least one image must include the shipping label) to: support@clarovue.com. If you are returning an item for personal reasons (such as not liking it or ordering the wrong product), please also contact us to explain.

  2. Wait for Approval: We will review the case and send you return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the Item Back: Please ship the item back to the designated address within 14 days of receiving the instructions.

  4. Warehouse Receipt Confirmation: Our US warehouse will confirm receipt of the returned item in good condition.

  5. Process Refund: We will process your refund.

Shipping Cost Explanation:

  • If the return is due to a product issue (including shipping damage), Clarovue.com will cover all shipping costs (including the return shipping fee).

  • If the return is for personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return Notes:

  • Returned items must include all accessories and original packaging and must not be excessively worn, used, or altered.

  • Items showing malicious physical damage are not covered under this policy.

  • Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns are not accepted 30 days after the item has been received.

Refund Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. You can request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • The product has a quality issue.

  • You did not receive the product within the guaranteed period (within 60 days of order placement, excluding the 1-3 day handling time).

  • You received the wrong item.

  • You simply do not wish to keep the received item (please contact us first).

If you would like to exchange your product for another item from Clarovue.com, please contact us first, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
To ensure an accurate refund, please do not mail the purchase back to us without contacting us first.
