- Standard Shipping time: 7-12 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email containing tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
Noted: Since our products are custom dash cam, a photo of the rear mirror cover is necessary and we will check and send you the correct model. If no photo is provided, we will ship your order and may delay shipping or send the model not fit your car.

1. Can l use CarPlay/Bluetooth when driving?
Of course you can, the dash cam will stil work.when it isn't connected.carplay,Bluetooth and dash cam can work at the same time.
2. Can l add a rear dash cam for my front dash cam?
No, because of the diference between PcB boards,if you need a dual-channel dash cam you need to replace the whole dash cam.
3. Can l update the 24-Hour parking mode?
To add this function, you will need a Fuse Box Power Cable. Please search "Fuse Box Cable" directly in our store.
4. When connecting the mobile phone to the Wi-Fi of the dashcam, carplay and Android Auto can be used?
No, because the mobile phone can only connect to one Wi-fi channel. it won't be able to connect to the dashcam's Wifi carplay and Android Auto
simultaneously. When you want to watch videos, you can connect to the Wi-Fi of the dashcam.
5. My phone cannot connect to the app. What should I do?
Connect to the correct Wi-Fi network. The camera's initial Wi-Fi name may be:
WiFi_DVR_X970xx
Default password: 12345678
